Bleyl & Associates is a Consulting Civil Engineering firm with a home office in Conroe, Texas. We specialize in the design of municipal engineering projects, including water and wastewater facilities, roadway and drainage improvements, and land development.

Since our beginning in 1997, Bleyl & Associates has grown to 31 employees, with offices in Conroe, Bryan / College Station, and Austin. At Bleyl & Associates we provide our clients, which includes cities, utility districts and developers, with the best design possible by using our experience and personal service.  Texas Board of Professional Engineers Registration No. F-678.
